Oscar Nailbar

“Linda”(?), the owner of this place does not deserve one star; she deserves zero stars. My daughter and wife went there last Friday night to get their nails done. Yesterday, the owner Linda called my daughter accusing her of stealing the phone belonging to the girl doing her nails and they had it all on video to prove it and wanted my daughter to get a chance to come by and talk about it before Linda, the owner of Oscar Nailbar, would contact the police. My wife and daughter went over to Oscar Nailbar immediately to be told that the store had it all on video, but when asked to show the video, my wife and daughter were told that Linda had turned the video in to the police last night when they reported the “theft”, so my wife and daughter could not see the proof Oscar Nailbar said they had… Linda also told my wife that she obviously does not know her daughter that she would be capable of doing something like this. So, Linda had already contacted the police last Friday night accusing my daughter of stealing a phone and said she also had turned in the video from the store to prove it. The whole situation turns out more bizarre when Linda told my wife and daughter that her employee now had her phone again!!! How did that happen when my daughter allegedly had stolen it??? My wife and daughter then went to the police station to look at the evidence Linda said she had turned in to the police the night before. As expected, the police informed them that no claim had been filed, no video had been turned in and suggested that my wife and daughter should write a review on Yelp and similar sites to inform other people what kind of place Oscar Nailbar is and not to go back. I have now done my civil duty to let people know how the owner Linda treats her customers and see what kind of person she is and everyone can choose for themselves if they would like to support a business that falsely accuses their customers of theft saying they have video to prove it when there is no video to prove it because it did not happen. In my world, a person that can act like this should not have the right to run a business. Probably not much I can do about that, but I can let people know what happened and my wife and daughter do not have to go back to a place that has an owner with this kind of character.
